I'm at it again. AGAIN. I ate my 1200 calories, but I went over by a smidge. 4 to be exact. Then I got all crazy.
Here's tonight's list
3 regular tomatoes
Tons of cherry tomatoes
All the lettuce
Emptied one bottle of dressing and moved on the another
3 eggs fried in butter
Zucchini and onions fried in butter
Half an onion
4 slices of deli meat (at this point I was about 1000 calories in, the rest is who-knows-how-many calories)
3 cups of coffee with about an entire cup of creamer (divided among all 3 cups. It was an attempt to curb the binging)
About 4 ounces of cheese
One can of refried beans
One huge slice of sourdough
Stuffed olives
Some krupuk
Purge (but not everything, can't risk a puffy face tomorrow)
3 packets of protein drink
1 full cup of dry oatmeal (probably 3 cups after being cooked)
3 laxatives
1 diuretic
After all, I am shooting a commercial tomorrow and can't risk being bloated.
Update---- 6 or 7 pieces of sourdough, about 1/4 stick of butter, more protein drinks,
and loads of marshmallow cereal :(
My lipo is on the 14th. I have this weird idea that lipo is going to save my life and prevent me from ever getting fat. Maybe I'm just feeding the addiction.
