Lost some, Binged some.

So, for starters, I got back down to 150. Then I binged and got back to 163. Then I got to 158, then binged. Today I was at 160. Tonight I had a sort of binge. I knew it was gonna be rough since I was gonna be out all day, and I did my best to pick 'safe' fast foods. Here's my meals, then my binge.

Breakfast:3 eggs plus butter, + coffee and cream
Lunch at Whole Foods: Stuffed chicken breast, tofu, lettuce, bacon, and one egg. Around 4 carbs for everything.
Mid-afternoon: Low carb 6 dollar burger with no sauce
Dinner: In-n-nout double burger, no sauce

Looks like a crappy day of food, but all the carbs came to around 26, which is about as good as you can get when eating out.

Then I got home and had 3 more eggs fried, 2 stuffed olives, a baggie of dried fruit, pesto sauce, lettuce, blueberries and 1/2 quart almond milk. This binge alone would be around 150 cartbs.

The good news is my new counselor is AWESOME and she's helping me slowly break down the walls around my eating disorder. She just listens... She listens and I almost reveal to myself what I'm doing wrong.

I hope to have an update of my being back to my normal weight soon!
